Security Guards In Fatal Hookah Bar Shooting Unlicensed
Two of the security guards involved in the fatal shooting at Cloud IX are not licensed by the state.

INGLEWOOD, TN -- Two of the security guards working at an Inglewood hookah bar the night of a fatal shooting earlier this month were unlicensed, according to the state.
Jason McClain was shot and killed in the parking lot of Cloud IX December 10 following a dispute inside the hookah bar. The four security guards working that night claimed the shooting was self-defense; a police investigation into those claims is ongoing.
Meanwhile, the State of Tennessee says that two of the security guards on duty that night, Tarryn Williams and Brandon Transou, aren't licensed as required by law.

The state has opened a complaint against the pair.
McClain's death was the second fatal shooting at Cloud IX this year, prompting neighbors to call for its closure. An eviction hearing related to unpaid back rent is set for early January.
