Stolen Truck Speeds Away From Nashville Police
Metro Police broke off the chase of an allegedly stolen pick-up when speeds got too high.
NASHVILLE, TN -- The driver of an apparently stolen pick-up truck is still on the run after Metro Police broke off a chase when speeds got too high Tuesday morning.
Officers began pursuing a black Ford F-150 in Madison and were able to take the passenger into custody around 2:30 a.m. when the truck slowed to let the passenger get out.
The pursuit continued but was broken off near the intersection of Gallatin and McGavock pikes.
