Suspect IDed In Hit And Run That Broke Officer's Leg
Metro Police say a 24-year-old man hit a marked patrol car, breaking an officer's leg, and fled the scene.

MADISON, TN — Metro Police are searing for a 24-year-old man accused in Monday's hit and run with a marked patrol car that left a Metro police officer with a broken leg.
Warrants have been sworn charging Jason Andrew Follis, 24, with leaving the scene of an injury crash, failure to render aid, failure to report a crash, failure to yield resulting in bodily injury, and driving on a revoked license.

Follis is alleged to have been behind the wheel of a 2002 Honda Civic when it collided with a police car near the intersection of Old Hickory Boulevard and Rio Vista Drive. He fled the scene on foot. Officer Ashton Hill broke her leg and is now recovering at home.
Efforts to locate Follis have been unsuccessful thus far, investigators say. Anyone seeing Follis or knowing his whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
