Tip Nips Stick-Up Trip
A tipster helped Metro Police track down a suspect in three East Nashville hold-ups.
NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Police say a CrimeStoppers tip led to the arrest of a man wanted for three East Nashville robberies.
Sherwin Duncan, 23, faces three charges of aggravated robbery connected to a string of stick-ups on the Eastside. Detectives say during an interview, Duncan admitted to his involvement.

Sherwin is accused of robbing cashiers at the Woodland Street Family Dollar twice and of holding up a woman at a Regions Bank ATM as she was making a deposit.
Duncan's mug shot was withheld pending a lineup.
