Madison parents are charged with child neglect after their tot was allegedly photographed with a crack pipe and tested positive for cocaine.

MADISON, TN — A two-year-old, photographed with what appears to be a crack pipe in her mouth, tested positive for cocaine, according to Metro Police, who arrested the toddler's parents, charging them with child neglect.

A tipster sent the photograph to the Department of Children's Services and Metro Nashville Police and case workers and police went to a Cude Lane home to check on the two-year-old and her older sister. The two-year-old tested positive for cocaine, according to an affidavit, and her parents — Tamara Pack, 24, and Sabastian Daugherty, 26 — were subsequently arrested for child neglect.
