The patrolman ran Smith's license, which came back revoked, and he was alerted Smith had two active warrants. Before he could return to her car, according to the report, Smith sped off and into traffic. The officer said she once again hit 80 mph and was swerving in and out of traffic.
Eventually, she was stopped and arrested. She is charged with driving on a revoked license, child endangerment and evading arrest.
