Would-Be Robber Shot By Mark At Hermitage Motel: Police
A stick-up artist tried to play and got played himself.
HERMITAGE, TN -- A stick-up man found himself on the wrong end of a gun at a Hermitage motel.
Metro Police said the suspect tried to hold up another man at an extended stay hotel on Elm Hill Pike, but when he pulled a gun, his would-be mark pulled his own weapon and fired several times, striking the thief.
The suspect was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the investigation is ongoing.
