Here are the top three stories today in Franklin:

1. The Franklin Police Department and Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information regarding a shoplifting suspect. The individual allegedly stole nine pairs of shoes and two purses from the Cool Springs DSW store. The individual was caught on store surveillance footage. 2. The Painting The Parks Art Show & Sale will be from Nov. 11 through Nov. 13 at Eastern Flank Event Facility on Eastern Flank Circle in Franklin. The event will feature a fundraising art show and sale. The Chestnut Group and Friends of Franklin Parks will be unveiling a collection of artwork during the event. The 21st Annual Wine Down Main Street event is scheduled for Nov. 5 at 7:00 p.m. The popular event benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee and its efforts to support the region's youth.
