- The Franklin Police Department and Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information regarding a shoplifting suspect. The individual allegedly stole nine pairs of shoes and two purses from the Cool Springs DSW store. The individual was caught on store surveillance footage. - The Painting The Parks Art Show & Sale will be from Nov. 11 through Nov. 13 at Eastern Flank Event Facility on Eastern Flank Circle in Franklin. The event will feature a fundraising art show and sale. The Chestnut Group and Friends of Franklin Parks will be unveiling a collection of artwork during the event. - The 21st Annual Wine Down Main Street event is scheduled for Nov. 5 at 7:00 p.m. The popular event benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee and its efforts to support the region's youth.
