  1. Franklin Mayor Dr. Ken Moore was presented with the Charles M. Sargent Legacy Award during the 16th Annual Franklin Tomorrow Exemplary Community Volunteer Awards presentation. The event was held on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at Rolling Hills Community Church. The award is meant to recognize a resident that has made a significant impact in the areas of business, quality of life, and leadership. (Williamson Source)
  2. Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator, Todd Downing, has been released on bond. He was arrested Friday morning for DUI by the Tennessee Highway Patrol in Williamson County. His bond was set at $2,500. He is still at risk of further punishment by the National Football League. (WWAYTV3)
  3. Jonathan's Path, a Middle Tennessee organization, walked to raise awareness for the struggles that foster children face this last weekend. Jase and Carrie DuRard, the organization's founders, led the 100-mile walk on Saturday and Sunday from Lebanon to Franklin. A portion of the funds that the walk raised will be used to build a series of homes for immediate and long-term placement. (WKRN)
