  1. The Franklin Kiwanis Club has announced that Mr. Rooter of Franklin will be the presenting sponsor of this year's Christmas Parade. The Franklin Kiwanis Club hosts the parade each holiday season. The Christmas Parade will be on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 2:00 p.m. in Franklin's historic downtown.   2. The Franklin Police Department will be hosting a Stay Safe Seminar next month. The 1.5-hour seminar is scheduled for Dec. 6 at 10:00 a.m. at the department's headquarters on Columbia Avenue.   3. The City of Franklin reports that Franklin Police Department detectives are searching for information regarding the disappearance of Marco Atilano. The 41-year-old man was last seen in Franklin in March. He was last seen driving a black GMC truck with tinted windows and 84 BA 74 tags. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department.
