🌱 Williamson County's Gas Price Highest In Tennessee + Election Day

Here are the top three stories in Franklin today:

1. The City of Franklin will be honoring all veterans during its Veterans' Day Parade on Friday. The parade is a joint effort between the city and WAKM AM-950. The parade will begin at 11:00 a.m. sharp at West Main and Fifth Avenue. There will be marching bands, JROTC units, student groups, and more participating in the parade. Click for more information. 2. Williamson County has the highest average gas price in Tennessee. The state's average is currently $3.25 per gallon. Williamson County's average is currently $4.57 per gallon. Tennessee remains the sixth least expensive state to purchase gasoline. (WGNSRadio)
3. Today (Nov. 8) is Election Day in Williamson County. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All voters must present a federal or state photo ID to cast a ballot.
