  1. Franklin's The Factory has announced three new tenants. An Australian-style cafe titled "Two Hands" will begin offering brunch fare at its new location. Guests will soon be able to purchase charcuterie essentials from "Greys Fine Cheese and Entertaining.” And finally, "Blue Flowers" will be selling wood, urethane, and fabric at its new The Factory space. (Tennessean)
  2. Williamson County Public Schools is working on complying with a new state law targeting school libraries. Schools are required to catalog library materials for "age appropriateness" and publish the full list online for parents to review. The law also extends to reading material a teacher might have in their classroom. (Chalkbeat)
  3. Franklin Police Officer Scott Legieza will be returning home in a few days. Officer Legieza suffered a heart attack while on his honeymoon and was being treated in St. Maarten.
