Here are the top three stories in Franklin today:

  1. Franklin Farmers Market's lease with The Factory expires Jan. 1, 2025. The market has been at The Factory for 20 years. Staff hope the lease's expiration will allow the market to find a location better suited to its changing needs. A location with better parking options will allow the Franklin Farmers Market to attract more vendors. The Ag Expo Center, Harlinsdale Farm, and Franklin First United Methodist Church are three possible locations that the market is considering. (News Channel 5 Nashville)
  2. There will be no Toddler Time offered at the Main Williamson County Public Library branch tomorrow. Instead of Toddler Time, the branch will be offering Fall Break Open Play. Participants will be able to play with blocks and various toys meant for toddlers. Fall Break Open Play will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Williamson County Public Library)
  3. Franklin's next Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting will be on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in Franklin City Hall's Board Room.
