  1. Today's Franklin Art Scene will feature the Nativity scene at Franklin First United Methodist Church. The Nativity scene tells the story of Jesus's birth. The nativity will be on display from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The City of Franklin will be closing various streets for the Franklin Art Scene and the Franklin Christmas Tree Lighting on the Square.   2. Williamson County Schools is preparing for winter weather. Students, families, and staff are being reminded of the inclement weather protocols. The district will send out phone calls, texts, and emails regarding school closures. The district will plan on reaching out by 9:00 p.m. the night before a school closure. Remote learning will not be offered on inclement weather days due to limited availability set by the state. (Williamson Source)
  3. A Franklin woman is searching for the man who saved her life. Lauren Clements reports that a man pulled her off the Natchez Race Bridge several years ago, seconds before she took her own life. Clements is asking anyone battling mental health issues to reach out before thinking about suicide. The Tennessee statewide crisis hotline is 855-CRISIS-1. (WKRN)
