- The Franklin Kiwanis Christmas Parade proved to be a fun-filled event for everyone involved. Last Saturday, people lined the streets of downtown Franklin along Highway 96 to experience the fun despite the chill in the air. In addition to floats, there were dogs and even horses in the parade — much to the delight of the children! (williamsonherald.com)
- The Nashville Community Choir Chorus is coming to Franklin. The popular singing group will be performing at Cools Springs Galleria on Dec. 17 at 4:00 p.m. They'll be singing popular Christmas and holiday tunes to get you into the seasonal spirit. The event is free! (Nashville Fun For Families)
- Get ready for a scary, fun, and festive viewing experience! Add a good-natured dash of horror to the holiday festivities with a fun screening of the classic movie, "Gremlins." Held at the Franklin Theatre on Dec. 13, this is an unconventional way to celebrate the hectic holidays. The showing begins at 7:00 p.m. (Nashville Scene)
