Franklin Man Drunkenly Fired Shotgun From Back Deck: Police
A 28-year-old man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly fired a shotgun from his deck while drunk.

FRANKLIN, TN -- A 28-year-old Franklin man allegedly got drunk and then fired his shotgun off his back deck Sunday.
Franklin Police were called to a McEwen Drive home Sunday afternoon after receiving several calls from neighbors who said they saw a man repeatedly shooting his gun from his deck as others, including children, were nearby.
The officers determined that Ryan Ezzell had been drinking prior to allegedly pulling the trigger numerous times.

Ezzell is charged with reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and is free on bond. He is due in court Dec. 14.
