Franklin Man Stalked Downtown Business: Police

A man out on bond for pulling a gun on a bank employee was arrested in Franklin for stalking a downtown business.

FRANKLIN, TN -- A 62-year-old man already facing aggravated assault charges for allegedly pulling a gun on a bank employee was arrested Sunday for stalking a business in downtown Franklin.

Dennis Caudill was arrested Dec. 5 for the incident at Franklin's Fifth Third Bank branch and was out on bond when he was picked up again Sunday.

Caudill had allegedly been "making employees uncomfortable" at another business, the name of which was not disclosed, and was seen "peeking into the business's windows" Sunday afternoon, according to police.

He was arrested by a passing patrol officer when he tried to go inside.

He is charged with stalking and is free on $15,000 bond.
