Franklin Police Release New Photo Of Girl Missing Since 2004

Police say Jocelyn Turcios was taken by her non-custodial mother nearly 14 years ago.

FRANKLIN, TN -- Franklin Police hope a new age-progressed photo helps locate a girl missing for nearly 14 years.

Investigators believe Jocelyn Turcios, now 16, was abducted by her non-custodial mother in October 2004, just days after her third birthday. Police issued a warrant against the mother, Sandra Gutierrez, now 41, in February 2005.

Neither Jocelyn - who police believe may be using her mother's last name - nor Sandra have been seen since.
