Here are the top three stories today in Franklin:
- Landmark Recovery will be expanding its operations in Franklin. Company officials and Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announced the $7.5 million investment on Monday. The expansion will create 1,300 new jobs at the company's headquarters on Cool Springs Boulevard. (TN.gov)
- The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports that charges are pending in a multi-vehicle crash that occurred along I-840 in Williamson County. The crash occurred shortly before 5:45 p.m. on Sunday evening when a Mustang attempted to cross the median for a U-turn. The vehicle hit a 2015 Lincoln MKX. The 75-year-old driver of the Lincoln was injured during the crash. Denote Holmes, 19 years old, has been arrested. (WKRN)
- The Flashlight Candy Cane Hunt is scheduled for Dec. 8 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Eastern Flank Battlefield Park. The area will be scattered with candy canes for children to find by flashlight.
