  1. The City of Franklin is giving away tickets to the Pilgrimage Festival through its #MyPilgrimagePal Contest. To enter, an individual must post a photo of themselves and a pal with a 30-word description of why they should win. Don't forget to include #mypilgrimagepal in the post.   2. Plein air painters will be hosting a "Paint Out" at Leiper's Creek Gallery from Tuesday, Sep. 20 through Saturday, Sep. 24. The event's activities are free and open to the community. The event's artwork will go on sale at the gallery on Friday, Sep. 23. (williamsonherald.com)
  3. Ahead of the Pilgrimage Music and Cultural Festival, many live musical performances will be offered throughout Franklin.
