- A Franklin-based investment firm has been cleared of SEC enforcement charges. CapWealth Advisors principal Timothy Pagliara and representative Timothy Murphy won a jury trial in an enforcement action brought by the Commission. The case was regarding the failure to disclose a conflict of interest. (Subscription: Nashville Post)
- Blue Sushi Sake Grill has announced that it will be expanding its operation to a new location in Franklin. The new restaurant will be in McEwen Northside, off Interstate 65. The 6,000-square-foot space will open in the summer of 2023, according to the restaurant's news release. Blue Sushi Sake Grill offers shareable plates, sashimi, nigiri, and maki. - Franklin High School will be performing Clue beginning Thursday. The production will include popular characters such as Colonel Mustard, Mrs. Peacock, Miss Scarlet, and Professor Plum. The first performance is on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 7:00 p.m. The production will run through Nov. 12. (Williamson Source)
