- A Franklin man has been arrested for apparently peering over a bathroom stall at two girls and their mother. The incident occurred at King's Bowl. Jose Medina, 46, has been charged with three counts of Observation Without Consent. He was released on bond. (WKRN News 2)
- The Franklin Theatre will be hosting JOHNNY & THE DEVIL'S BOX on Sep. 16. The performance will be a special concert version of the bluegrass musical. Douglas Waterbury-Tieman, a Tennessee local, wrote the musical. Tickets are available online at this link and at the box office. (Williamson Source)
- The Williamson County Fair's finished Community Art Project mural has been published. The mural was on display throughout the fair and the community added their own touches. The mural is meant as a collaborative project that educates the public. (Williamson Homepage)
