- Franklin Tomorrow presented its Exemplary Community Volunteer Awards on Tuesday night. The presentation ceremony was held at the Rolling Hills Community Church. - Franklin's Music City Pawn was the target of a 10-month investigation by the Metro Nashville Police Department. The department carried out a search warrant at the location on Tuesday. The business's other locations were searched in Davidson County at the same time. The location's primary owner, Damon Holland, 52, has been charged with three counts of money laundering in Williamson County. (KAKE)
- A Franklin family has been surprised with an all-expenses-paid vacation to all of the Disney theme parks in Orlando, Florida. Hayden Harris, 9, and his family were gifted the trip by the nonprofit Baking Memories 4 Kids. The nonprofit sells cookies to raise funds to make memorable moments for struggling families.
