Here are the top three stories today in Franklin:
- Nashville-based skincare brand Skin Pharm will soon be expanding into Franklin. The Franklin location is set to open on Tuesday, Jan. 17 in the new office building next to Lifetime Fitness on Carothers Parkway. Skin Pharm provides skin care products, consultations, and treatments. (Williamson Source)
- Multiple Williamson County schools earned top marks in Niche's "Best Public High School Rankings" in 2023. Out of 139 ranked schools, Brentwood High School and Franklin High School cracked the top 10, earning No. 6 and No. 8 respectively. Franklin's neighbors at Centennial High School, Independence High School, and Nolensville High School also came out in the top 20. (Williamson Source)
- A new study by Construction Coverage found the Nashville housing market to be the 10th most stable in the United States. Over the last 20 years, homes in the Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin areas have maintained relatively stable drops and rises when compared to other parts of the country.
