Here are the top three stories in Franklin today:

  1. Los Angeles-based Haven Realty Capital has completed the first phase of construction on a new Franklin townhome rental community. The townhomes' rent is between $2,800 and $3,100 per month. The community will eventually have 237 units in it. When completed, there will be a neighborhood pool, walking trails, and green space in the community. (The Business Journals)
  2. The next FrankTalks is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 17, at 9:30 a.m. The lecture will be held at the Williamson County Enrichment Center on Everbright Avenue.   3. Moody's Investors Service has given a AAA rating to Williamson County. The service reports that the county's outlook is stable with $980 million in GO debt. The county's sizeable and regionally important tax base along with rapid growth were factors in the AAA rating designation. (Moody's)
