Woman Faked Story Of Bad Behavior By Officer: Franklin Police

A Nashville woman concocted a tale of inappropriate touching by a Franklin police officer who arrested her, investigators say.

FRANKLIN, TN -- An 18-year-old Nashville woman fabricated a claim a Franklin Police officer touched her inappropriately during a December 2017 arrest, investigators say.

Franklin Police arrested Lamadzia Hill Dec. 26, 2017, charging her with drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of assault and resisting arrest. After she bonded out, she filed a complaint with the department's Office of Professional Standards, saying that the arresting officer touched her inappropriately during the arrest.

OPS investigators say there is "conclusive evidence" the story is false and the Williamson County grand jury indicted Hill for filing a false report.

Hill was arrested Friday outside her home in Nashville.
