Former Nashville Boy Scout Leader Gets 18 Years For Sex Crimes
A former Boy Scout leader, accused of abusing five boys and forcing them to change his diaper, will spend 18 years in prison.
NASHVILLE, TN — A former Nashville Boy Scout leader will spend 18 years in prison after pleading guilty to four counts of sexual battery by an authority figure.
Darrell Fisher pleaded guilty in June following a 20-count indictment alleging he abused five boys between the ages of 11 and 14 for a period of two to five years. During a search of his Belle Meade home, police found chastity belts, harnesses and electroshock equipment. His charging documents alleged, among other things, he would wear and then soil diapers and ask his victims to "change" him.

One of his victims was among the three witnesses who testified before Judge Steve Dozier during Fisher's sentencing.
In addition to the prison sentence, Dozier declared Fisher a high-risk offender, unlikely to be eligible for treatment, and ordered him to register as a violent sex offender.
