Volunteer State Community College: Medical Assistant Program Starts January

A new nine-month program at Volunteer State Community College prepares students for employment in hospitals and doctor offices as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. The non-degree program starts in January. It includes courses in Patient Care, Phlebotomy, and EKG. Qualified applicants in the field are highly in-demand with employers.
