Tiffany Summers has been hired as the director of Financial Aid at Volunteer State Community College. She had been senior director of Financial Aid at Lipscomb University in Nashville for nine years.

“For me, financial aid is about helping students find the resources to achieve their goals, “ Summers said. “I would not have been able to go to school without financial aid. I’m a first generation college student.”

Summers has worked in educational financial aid for eighteen years. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Administration from Harding University in Arkansas and a Master’s in Business Administration from Lipscomb University.
