Bellaire City Council Meeting to Interview Audit Finance, Cultural Arts Board Hopefuls
Mayor Andrew Feinberg to open session, which will also discuss contracts and vehicle purchases.

BELLAIRE, TX — The Bellaire City Council's regular session, which commences at 5:45 this afternoon, has as its lead item interviews of candidates for the Audit Finance Board and the Cultural Arts Board.
The candidates for the two positions on the arts board are Jeanne Parker, Shampa C.Mukerji, and Sneha Bhavsar. (Susan Downs, who is also vying for a position on the board, was interviewed earlier this month by the council.)
There is one position up for grabs on the finance board, and the candidates are Patricia D. Lunn, Jason Taibel, and Griff Godwin.

Mayor Andrew S. Friedberg will preside over the meeting, and members of the public can address the council by signing up for a speaking slot prior to the session (sign-up sheets will be available at the entrance to council chambers).
In addition, the council will discuss the purchase of vehicles and heavy equipment, including a dump truck and pick-up trucks.

Other business includes the awarding of contracts for street and sidewalk paving projects and landscape maintenance at Evelyn's Park.
