City Of Bellaire: City Of Bellaire Home Elevation Grant Information

The City of Bellaire is collecting preliminary information and interest forms from residents who may qualify for the Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Grant Program.  If enough parties are interested, the City of Bellaire will submit a grant application for qualified homeowners to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Grant.  This grant will request funds for the elevation of flood-prone homes.
