Dr. Govekar to Speak at SAR Chapter Meeting
Paul Carrington Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution will host Dr. Chris Govekar's presentation on the mental health of veterans

In honor of Veterans Day this month, Dr. Chris Govekar, the Command Executive of the 75th Innovation Command at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base, will be speaking on Saturday, November 20, to the Paul Carrington Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution. He will be speaking on the topic of the mental health of our veterans: “Sometimes them saying “I’m fine” doesn’t mean they’re fine.”

A Texas Hill Country Breakfast buffet featuring fresh fruit and a breakfast taco station with scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, sausage, cheese, refried beans, homemade salsa, and sour cream will be served after our opening pledges and invocation. The meeting will conclude by 10:30.
The cost for breakfast is $25. Please pay on-line at: http://www.houstonsar.org/rsvp.htm. We ask that reservations be made no later than 5 PM on Tuesday, November 16.
