Clear Lake Man Charged with Indecent Exposure: Police
Robin Frazier is charged with indecent exposure with a child present, and is being held in the Harris County Jail with his bond set at $20k.

HOUSTON — A 56-year-old Clear Lake man was arrested Friday after a woman told police he exposed himself and touched himself in front of her and her child. Robin Earl Frazier, is being held in the Harris County Jail with his bond set at $20,000.
Deputy constables were called to the 15900 block of Pipers View Drive at about 8 p.m. about a man exposing himself in the neighborhood.
When deputies arrived, they were told the man, identified as Frazier, had driven away in a tan Chevy van, and had been seen driving around the neighborhood.

While deputies were searching the area for the van, they were flagged by a witness who saw Frazier walking behind the 'Time Out Sports Bar' in the 300 block of El Dorado Blvd.
Deputies found his van unoccupied behind the strip center, and found Frazier a short time later while he was walking near the front of the strop center.

Deputies detained him and the witness positively identified Frazier as the person who'd exposed and touched himself in front of her and her child.
Frazier was charged with indecent exposure with a child present and he was book into the Harris County Jail.
