Drunk Driver Kills Four-Year-old

A man accused of being more than three times the legal limit hit and killed a four-year-old with his motorcycle.

Galveston, TX -- A night of drinking ended with the death of a 4-year-old boy.

Justin James Forsythe, 37, of Friendswood was allegedly knocking back a few in Bacliff, at around 7:30 p.m. on the night of Sunday, July 17, Forsythe was riding his motorcycle on 10th Street.

Forsythe hit the toddler with his bike, the boy was dragged for about 15 feet after the collision. The kid was taken to Clear Lake Regional, but he succumbed to a severe head injury.

A preliminary blood test showed that Forsythe had a BAC of .260, or more than the legal limit of .08. He's in the Galveston County Jail on $100,000 bond.
