Galveston County Veterinarian Accused Of Rape At Louisiana Casino

Todd Glover, 36, faces one count of rape and three counts of sexual battery, officials said.

WEBSTER, TX — A 36-year-old man is facing extradition to Louisiana after two teenage girls accused him of rape. Todd Glover was arrested at his home in Webster by deputies from the Texas Department of Public Safety.

He is being held in the Galveston County Jail without bond and awaiting extradition, officials said.
Glover, who owns and operates an animal clinic in Galveston County, allegedly took a trip to the Coushatta Casino in Lake Charles, Louisiana earlier this month, and allegedly met the teenagers there.

Officials said the alleged assaults took place at the Coushatta Reservation, which prompted the charges and demand for extradition from the tribal police.
