Pool Retail and Service Store Coming to Galveston Bay Area

Pinch A Penny, the nation’s largest swimming pool retail and backyard services franchise, is starting development on a new 3,000 square-foot storefront location in Clear Lake City, Texas. The franchise is looking for a qualified leader in the area to own and operate the new store.

With a target opening date set for the beginning of 2023, the new store will be ready for an owner to come in and hit the ground running. Pinch A Penny is making this a turnkey location, meaning it will be prebuilt, stocked, and ready for a new franchisee to open the doors. Pinch A Penny’s team will also handle negotiating the lease, permitting processes, and manage marketing and signage.

The store will be located at 2429 Bay Area Boulevard in the University Plaza Shopping Center. Pinch A Penny offers pool supply retail, ongoing maintenance and repair services, as well as pool renovations, leak detection, pressure washing, landscape lighting and more.
