Small Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Texas City
A small plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Texas City, Texas after suffering engine trouble.

Texas City, TX -- A small plane was forced to make an emergency landing in a field after suffering engine trouble. The StingSport was flying at an altitude of about 1,500 feet when it experienced power loss.
The pilot was able to bring the plane down in an empty field off Holland Road near the Buc-ee's, 6201 Gulf Freeway. Although the plane sustained minor damage the pilot was uninjured.
