Austin PD Seeks Suspect In Multiple Store Robberies
Joining the Austin Police Department in the investigation are the West Lake Hills Police Department and the San Marcos Police Department.

AUSTIN, TX — The Austin Police Department is seeking help from the public in identifying a robbery suspect.
The man is sought in connection to a Dec. 22 robbery that took place just before 8 p.m. at the Texan Market, 12400 Amherst Dr., and another robbery four days later at 9:15 p.m. at a Valero convenience store along 4602 E. Stassney Lane. All told, four robberies occurred in Austin, San Marcos and West Lake Hills, the Austin Police Department said.
Joining the Austin Police Department in the investigation are the West Lake Hills Police Department and the San Marcos Police Department, according to an advisory from the local force. In each case, police said, the suspect made threats to the store employee before fleeing with undetermined amounts of cash. In the West Lake Hills robbery, police noted, the suspect had an accomplice guarding the convenience store door.

The suspect is described as being in his early 20s, around five feet, ten inches tall weighing about 170 pounds. Police released surveillance camera images of the suspect.
