Austin Public Health Seeks Feedback On Coronavirus Vaccination Experience

Austin, Texas – Austin Public Health invites Travis County residents to share their vaccination experiences by completing a short, confidential online survey. The feedback will be used to shape future vaccine community clinics for all ages, education and outreach programs as well as other public health services.

The survey includes five questions and will only take a few minutes to complete. It will close on December 6, 2021, unless extended.

We encourage everyone to participate and share their experiences freely as all submissions will be anonymous. The results of the survey will be provided in a summary report.
