Austin Realtor Discusses Ins, Outs Of First-Time Home Buying

For those looking to the new year as an opportunity to put down roots, Coco Marie of Keller Williams will host a virtual workshop designed for first-time home buyers in Austin, TX.
Perhaps you've dreamed of owning your home, but feel overwhelmed by the process, the home-buying workshop scheduled Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 6:30 p.m. is a great opportunity to learn more about topics including:
- How to get started in the home buying process
- Renting vs. Buying
- How to prepare for the current housing market and what to expect
