Beekeeping Class Offers Insight About Importance Of Honey Bees

The Natural Gardener will host a free Saturday morning class to learn about beekeeping and ways we can protect bees and other pollinators.

AUSTIN, TX — If you have a curiosity about nature, then you won't want to miss The Natural Gardener's event exploring Honey Bees and Beekeeping to learn about honey bees and their importance in our environment. Attendees will learn what the average person can do to protect and attract honey bees, as well as ways to help other pollinators.

Beekeeper and owner of a Certified Naturally Grown apiary in southwest Austin, Tanya Phillips will offer her expertise about bees and beekeeping and will transmit her passion and fascination of bees to those interested in attending this FREE class. The Natural Gardener offers a free class almost every Saturday and Tuesday, excluding holidays and during the busy Spring season. All are welcome to attend, and no reservations are needed.
