Body Found In East Austin: EMS
Medics said the dead person was found in a field along the 14000 block of FM 1100, the 2nd body found in as many days.
EAST AUSTIN, TX — A body was found in a field in East Austin, medics said on Friday.
Austin-Travis County EMS medics disclosed the find just after 10:35 a.m., saying the body was found along the 14000 block of FM 1100. Medics did not disclose the gender or approximate age of the dead person as is their custom.

The grisly find is the second time in as many days that a deceased person has been found in Austin. On Wednesday, medics said a body was found in a North Austin creek bed along the 200 block of Little Walnut Drive. Like the latest discovery, medics did not disclose the gender or approximate age of that person as is their custom.
