Celebrate Culture And Dance With Ballet Hispánico In Austin
Noche de Oro: A Celebration of 50 Years explores Latinx cultures through innovative dance performances for Austin audiences.

AUSTIN, TX—Returning for its 50th season in Austin, Texas Performaing Arts and Ballet Hispánico invites you to Noche de Oro: A Celebration of 50 Years and enjoy an evening of culture and dance! Ballet Hispánico is one of America's cultural treasures and its leading Latinx dance organization; founded in 1970 by National Medal of Arts recipient Tina Ramirez, Ballet Hispánico brings communities together to celebrate and explore Latinx cultures through innovative dance performances, transformative dance training, and enduring community engagement experiences.
Scheduled Saturday, Oct. 30 at 7:30 p.m. at Bass Concert Hall located at 2350 Robert Dedman Dr., Austin, TX 78712, tickets start at $25 and are available at www.TexasPerformingArts.org.
“Ballet Hispánico’s electrifying dancers and pioneering choreography have established the company as America’s leading Latinx dance organization over its rich 50-year history,” said Texas Performing Arts Executive and Artistic Director Bob Bursey. “Audiences will experience a bold program of spirited dancing that explores the Latinx experience through movement and marks the return of world-class dance to Bass.”
