He was very kind and explained what our options were, and spoke with the woman in a straightforward manner, but with compassion. We thanked him yesterday, but I would like him to know that his actions made a difference in a hard situation, and that his service to our city is greatly appreciated. He handled what was, for us, a very difficult situation, with kindness, compassion, and clear information on the options available to her. K.G.
