Driver and Victim Identified in Downtown Parking Lot Crash
The incident happened on Tuesday morning.

A pedestrian was killed Tuesday in a Downtown Austin parking lot after she was struck by a vehicle.
DPS investigators said Patricia Raimondo, 60, was walking across a parking lot at about 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of North Congress Avenue and East 16th street when an SUV pulled into the lot and hit her. Raimondo died at the hospital later that night.

The driver has been identified as Ruth Soucy. Austin police have not yet commented on whether any charges are being filed.
