Elysium Invites Audiences To Virtual 90's Dance Party

AUSTIN, TX — As a result of the pandemic, countless Austin venues have temporarily closed, but several are finding creative ways to keep connected with the community. Elysium Nightclub has been hosting Austin's alternative night-life since 2001, and the entertainment venue has gone virtual to help keep the party going.

Friday nights at 9 p.m., Elysium's dj minimus goes live on Twitch for Smells Like Quarantine Spirit. Audiences will have the opportunity to dance to their favorites from the 90's, including Underground, Pop, Rave, R&B, Industrial, Goth, Boy Bands, Eurodisco, and lots more. Requests are encouraged, and you'll be able to take part from the comfort and safety of home. As COVID-19 continues impact the community, audiences are welcome to donate to show support for the Elysium staff. The virtual event will have links to Venmo and PayPal for those wanting to help out.
