The Austin Police Department (APD) has identified Benino Robledo as the person killed in the crash on November 24.

On November 24, 2021, at approximately 2:38 p.m., APD patrol officers responded to a crash in the 1700 block of Rutland Dr. Five vehicles were involved in the crash, and three individuals involved were transported to the hospital with injuries. On December 4, 2021, Benino succumbed to injuries sustained from the crash. This is an ongoing investigation.
