Frida Friday ATX Virtual Market Features Art, Giveaways, More
The virtual event showcases BIPOC artists and community and will include live panels and workshops and a Sunday afternoon dance party.

AUSTIN, TX — Despite so much going on in the world, there's always reason to celebrate and for the month of July, Frida Friday ATX invites the community to join in on some fun and commemorate the 113th birthdate of Frida Kahlo - the iconic Mexican painter famous for her colorful self-portraits centered on themes ranging from identity, the human body and death.
In honor of Kahlo,Frida Friday ATX Virtual Market will celebrate a weekend of artists and creatives from Friday, July 24 at 4 p.m. through Sunday, July 26 at 7 p.m. The virtual market will feature an opportunity to take part in live panels and workshops, a Sunday afternoon dance party with music by Bombón Texas, and over 45 independent BIPOC artists and community showcasing their talent. Participants will also enjoy fun giveaways and the chance to shop and support local.
