Harmony Science Academy North Austin tops Pflugerville high schools in U.S. News 2025–26 rankings

Harmony Public Schools – Central Texas announced that Harmony Science Academy North Austin, also known as Harmony Science Academy-Pflugerville, has been ranked the No. 1 high school in Pflugerville in the 2025–26 U.S. News & World Report “Best High Schools” list.

The 6–12 campus also earned the No. 198 ranking, out of more than 1,500, statewide and No. 1,851 nationally, out of more than 24,000, with an overall score of 89.66 out of 100.
At HSA-Pflugerville, Advanced Placement® (AP®) participation is 73 percent. By comparison, 35.7 percent of U.S. public high school graduates and about 7 percent of Texas public high school graduates in the Class of 2024 took an AP exam.

The school’s total minority enrollment is 83 percent, and 71 percent of students are economically disadvantaged.

As an additional honor, HSA-Pflugerville was voted Best Charter School in the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce “Best of Pflugerville” awards in both 2024 and 2025.
