Homicide Investigation In The 12200 Block Of Old Stage Trail In City Of Austin

On Thursday, December 2, 2021, at approximately 2:30 p.m., 9-1-1 received a report of a deceased person located in the 12200 block of Old Stage Trail. Austin Police Department (APD) officers, along with Austin-Travis County EMS, arrived on the scene and discovered a male victim with obvious trauma. The victim was pronounced deceased at 3:12 p.m. by EMS.

Homicide investigators and crime scene technicians responded to the scene to interview witnesses and process the scene.

The Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy and determine the official cause and manner of death.
